We accept returns or will refund within 30 days of the order date.

Please contact us with any problems or questions about the product. We will make every effort possible, to make sure you are satisfied with our products.

The punches are a manufactured product, if you have a defective punch or have any problem with its function, please contact us via email.

If necessary, a replacement will be sent, as long as we are notified within 12 months of order date.
